其他參賽規則及詳情：
所有組別參賽者年齡週歲以2026年1月1日計算，並以出⽣年份爲準。 例如： 2012年1⽉出⽣和2012年9⽉出⽣，將會被視為同齡。
參賽者需要根據⾃⼰的聲⾳選擇合適的參賽曲⽬，參賽曲⽬語⾔不限。
參賽者請於比賽⽇期前⼀星期將所選比賽曲⽬之電子伴奏音樂檔案（MMO/MP3）發⾄ info@hkprovocal.com。
大會建議公開組的參賽者年齡為18歲或以上；倘若參賽者年齡低於18歲，但聲樂技巧及⾳樂演繹程度⽔平出眾，參賽者可⾃⾏決定報名參加公開組與否。
報名表格填寫不清、欠交報名費或資料不齊均視為無效。
所有項目之比賽日期、時間、出場序及地點，全權由大會負責安排，參賽者不得異議。
參賽者收到參賽通知電郵後，若未能依照電郵上之日期及時間出席賽事，可於指定限期內申請更改參賽時間一次。申請必須以申報比賽之電郵地址，通過電郵申請，提供合理理由及証明予大會批准，以便職員紀錄及跟進。大會保留賽程時間安排的最終決定權。
大會保留在需要時調動、修改或取消任何有關比賽安排之權利。
比賽時須帶備有效之證明文件，以供大會核實身分。如參賽者未能於其比賽之時段內出示有效證明文件予賽事助理，大會有權取消該參賽者資格。
參賽者報到後應盡量留在會場內等候比賽，若於參賽時間賽事助理提示參賽者出場後不獲回應，大會有權取消該參賽者資格。
比賽過程中除大會特許外，任何人士均不得攝影、錄音或錄影，一切有關比賽之錄像版權歸大會所有。
大會有權拒絕或終止不符合參賽資格或違規者參賽。
所有費用一經繳付，除非賽事因特殊情況引致比賽完全取消，否則不論任何原因 (違反比賽章程、染病、私人理由、學校或個人活動等）未能出席比賽，一律不獲退款。
如參賽組別內沒有參賽者獲得75分或以上的分數，則不會頒發任何獎項或名次。
⼤會對任何細節及所有比賽，獎金或獎品及演出等有關資料持有最終決定權，如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。
Additional Competition Details：
Age will be determined solely by the year of birth. Contestants born in the same year will be considered the same age, regardless of the month of birth. For example, individuals born in January 2012 and those born in September 2012 will be regarded as the same age for the competition.
Contestants must choose repertoire that aligns with their vocal abilities. There are no language restrictions on the repertoire.
Contestants need to submit the backing track of the selected competition repertoire to info@hkprovocal.com at least one week before the competition date.
For the Open Class Group, the Organizer recommends that contestants be aged 18 or above. However, if contestants under the age of 18 demonstrate exceptional vocal skills and musical interpretation, they may decide whether to register for the Open Class Group at their own discretion.
Application forms that are incomplete, lack payment of the registration fee, or are missing required information will be deemed invalid.
The scheduling of dates, times, performance order, and venue for all categories will be solely arranged by the Organizer. Participants shall not object.
If a contestant is unable to attend the competition on the date and time specified in the notification email, they may apply to reschedule their competition time once within the specified deadline. The application must be submitted via email from the registered email address used during registration, providing a valid reason and supporting documents for approval by the Organizer. This allows the staff to record and follow up on the request. The Organizer reserves the final right to arrange and adjust the competition schedule.
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust, modify, or cancel any competition arrangements when necessary.
Contestants must bring the following valid documents for identity verification. If a contestant fails to present valid identification to the event assistant during their allotted competition time, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the contestant.
After check-in, participants should remain in the venue while waiting for their turn. If the assistant calls the participant to perform and receives no response, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant.
No person or party who has not been authorized by the Organizer may take photos, videos, or make any kind of recordings at any session of the competitions. The copyrights of all audio and visual recordings of the competition are deemed the property of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify contestants who fail to meet the requirements for competition or who violate the regulations.
All fees are non-refundable once paid, unless the competition is completely cancelled due to special circumstances. In cases such as rule violations, illness, personal reasons, or school or personal activities, no refunds will be issued for absence from the competition.
If no contestant in a competition category achieves the minimum mark of 75, no prizes or rankings will be awarded.
The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on all details, competitions, prizes, and performance-related information. Any changes are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
