每個年齡組別之得獎者均獲邀晉級參加總決賽。
Winners from each age group will be invited to participate in the Grand Final.
參賽者將按參賽項目及年齡分組進行評審與排名，各組別首三名將獲邀晉級決賽。
參賽者若選擇以提交影片/視頻形式參加初賽，評審團亦會按相同項目及年齡分組審核，各組別同樣取首三名晉級決賽（如出現同分，評審團保留最終決定權）。繳交影片/視頻後，賽後之評語紙、分數紙及證書將於賽事完結後以電郵形式發送予參賽者。
Contestants will be evaluated and ranked by age group within each category, with the top three in each division invited to advance to the Grand Final.
For contestants who choose to enter the preliminary round via video submission, the jury panel will likewise review entries by category and age division, with the top three in each group qualifying for the finals (in the event of a tie, the jury panel reserves the right of final decision). Following the submission of video entries, comment sheets, mark sheets, and certificate will be sent via email upon completion of the competition.

所有組別參賽者年齡週歲以2026年1月1日計算，並以出⽣年份爲準。 例如： 2012年1⽉出⽣和2012年9⽉出⽣，將會被視為同齡。
參賽者需要根據⾃⼰的聲⾳選擇合適的參賽曲⽬，參賽曲⽬語⾔不限。
參賽者可選擇使⽤大會提供的現場鋼琴伴奏。若使⽤鋼琴伴奏，請於比賽⽇期前⼀星期將所選比賽曲⽬樂譜及清唱錄⾳發⾄ info@hkprovocal.com，以供⼤會伴奏暸解歌曲拍⼦及速度。⽽於比賽開始前20分鐘，參賽者亦可於比賽場地與⼤會伴奏作簡單綵排。
若參賽者選用電子伴奏音樂檔案（MMO/MP3），請於比賽⽇期前⼀星期將所選比賽曲⽬之電子伴奏音樂檔案（MMO/MP3）發⾄ info@hkprovocal.com。
大會建議公開組的參賽者年齡為18歲或以上；倘若參賽者年齡低於18歲，但聲樂技巧及⾳樂演繹程度⽔平出眾，參賽者可⾃⾏決定報名參加公開組與否。
報名表格填寫不清、欠交報名費或資料不齊均視為無效。
所有項目之比賽日期、時間、出場序及地點，全權由大會負責安排，參賽者不得異議。
參賽者收到參賽通知電郵後，若未能依照電郵上之日期及時間出席賽事，可於指定限期內申請更改參賽時間一次。申請必須以申報比賽之電郵地址，通過電郵申請，提供合理理由及証明予大會批准，以便職員紀錄及跟進。大會保留賽程時間安排的最終決定權。
大會保留在需要時調動、修改或取消任何有關比賽安排之權利。
比賽時須帶備有效之證明文件，以供大會核實身分。如參賽者未能於其比賽之時段內出示有效證明文件予賽事助理，大會有權取消該參賽者資格。
參賽者報到後應盡量留在會場內等候比賽，若於參賽時間賽事助理提示參賽者出場後不獲回應，大會有權取消該參賽者資格。
比賽過程中除大會特許外，任何人士均不得攝影、錄音或錄影，一切有關比賽之錄像版權歸大會所有。
大會有權拒絕或終止不符合參賽資格或違規者參賽。
所有費用一經繳付，除非賽事因特殊情況引致比賽完全取消，否則不論任何原因 (違反比賽章程、染病、私人理由、學校或個人活動等）未能出席比賽，一律不獲退款。
如參賽組別內沒有參賽者獲得75分或以上的分數，則不會頒發任何獎項或名次。
比賽場地只提供鋼琴及譜架，其他所有樂器由各參賽者⾃備及安排。
所有參賽者及隊伍之樂器及物品均需⾃⾏安排搬運，包括進場，上台及離場，場地及賽會⼯作⼈員⼀律不能提供協助。如參賽者或隊伍要求場地或賽會⼯作⼈員協助，屬⼯作⼈員⾃願性質，如因此令任何物品損壞或遺失，⼤會⼀律不會負責。
比賽時間為大約的開始時間，比賽必須按次序進行，並不接受提早或延遲演奏的申請。比賽時間可能因爲不同的原因而延遲舉行，參賽者須耐心等待。
比賽場地之座位將優先留予該場比賽之參賽者。如個別場地座位不⾜，陪同參賽者之老師或家長有機會不獲安排進場。
大會擁有其參賽者所有相片及影片之使用權，一切版權歸大會所有。大會有最終權利決定是否採用參賽者的相片及影片，並有機會發佈大會的社交平台，或其他宣傳平台。
出席比賽之⼈⼠須⾃⾏照顧個⼈安全及⾃⾏看管其個⼈財物，任何受傷及損失，⼤會⼀律不負責。
⼤會對任何細節及所有比賽，獎金或獎品及演出等有關資料持有最終決定權，如有任何更改，恕不另行通知。
Additional Competition Details（English Version）：
Age will be determined solely by the year of birth. Contestants born in the same year will be considered the same age, regardless of the month of birth. For example, individuals born in January 2012 and those born in September 2012 will be regarded as the same age for the competition.
Contestants must choose repertoire that aligns with their vocal abilities. There are no language restrictions on the repertoire.
Contestants may choose to use live piano accompaniment provided by the Organizer. If using the live accompanist, contestants must submit their selected competition repertoire sheet music and a recording of the melody (a cappella) to info@hkprovocal.com at least one week before the competition date. This allows the accompanist to familiarize themselves with the tempo and rhythm of the piece. Additionally, contestants may have a brief rehearsal with the accompanist at the competition venue 20 minutes before the start of the competition.
If contestants choose to use an electronic accompaniment file (MMO/MP3), please email the file for the selected competition piece to info@hkprovocal.com one week prior to the competition date.
For the Open Class Group, the Organizer recommends that contestants be aged 18 or above. However, if contestants under the age of 18 demonstrate exceptional vocal skills and musical interpretation, they may decide whether to register for the Open Class Group at their own discretion.
Application forms that are incomplete, lack payment of the registration fee, or are missing required information will be deemed invalid.
The scheduling of dates, times, performance order, and venue for all categories will be solely arranged by the Organizer. Participants shall not object.
If a contestant is unable to attend the competition on the date and time specified in the notification email, they may apply to reschedule their competition time once within the specified deadline. The application must be submitted via email from the registered email address used during registration, providing a valid reason and supporting documents for approval by the Organizer. This allows the staff to record and follow up on the request. The Organizer reserves the final right to arrange and adjust the competition schedule.
The Organizer reserves the right to adjust, modify, or cancel any competition arrangements when necessary.
Contestants must bring the following valid documents for identity verification. If a contestant fails to present valid identification to the event assistant during their allotted competition time, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the contestant.
After check-in, participants should remain in the venue while waiting for their turn. If the assistant calls the participant to perform and receives no response, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant.
No person or party who has not been authorized by the Organizer may take photos, videos, or make any kind of recordings at any session of the competitions. The copyrights of all audio and visual recordings of the competition are deemed the property of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify contestants who fail to meet the requirements for competition or who violate the regulations.
All fees are non-refundable once paid, unless the competition is completely cancelled due to special circumstances. In cases such as rule violations, illness, personal reasons, or school or personal activities, no refunds will be issued for absence from the competition.
If no contestant in a competition category achieves the minimum mark of 75, no prizes or rankings will be awarded.
The venue provides only a piano and music stands. All other instruments must be arranged and brought by participants.
Contestants and teams are responsible for transporting their own instruments and belongings, including entry, stage setup, and exit. Venue staff and Organizer cannot assist. Any assistance provided by staff is voluntary, and the Organizer assumes no responsibility for damage or loss.
Competition start time is approximate and performances must proceed in the assigned order without requests for rescheduling; delays may occur, and participants are required to wait patiently until their turn.
Seating will be prioritized for participants of the current session. If seats are limited, accompanying teachers or parents may not be admitted.
The copyright of all photos and videos belong to the Organizer and we reserve the final right to decide whether to adopt the participant's photos and videos. All photos and videos may post on the Organizer social media platform or other promotional platforms.
All attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The Organizer accepts no liability for injuries or losses.
The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on all details, competitions, prizes, and performance-related information. Any changes are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
